LIVE

The board every event gets — and the riders' booking page behind it.

One demo day, end to end.

Nothing here needs a spreadsheet, a paper waiver or a group chat.

  1. 07:40

    Check the forecast

The event page shows the outlook for the days you are running. Turn it on for riders too, and it appears on the booking link.

  2. 08:00

    Fleet on site

Every bike carries a QR code. Scan to see its size, its history and whether it is free.

  3. 09:00

    Riders check in

They arrive with a booking code from the confirmation email. Scan it, or look it up by name.

  4. 09:10

    Bike assigned

Pick from what is genuinely available in that size. The waiver is already signed online.

  5. 10:15

    Bike comes back

Log the condition in two taps. Anything damaged goes straight to the maintenance queue.

  6. 18:30

    The numbers, same evening

Riders get a feedback email. You get conversion, sizes, models and ratings — per event and per market.

Bookings

A public link per event

Riders pick a slot, a model and a size, sign the waiver and consent, and get a QR code. Sold-out slots close themselves. Five languages, no account needed.

Fleet

Every bike, wherever it is

Official, dealer and sales-rep fleets in one register, scoped so each market only manages its own. Retire a bike and its test history stays.

Insight

What the day was worth

Conversion, no-shows, the sizes you ran short of, the models riders asked for, and how they rated them. Exportable, and shareable without exposing personal data.

Your brand, not ours.

Every brand runs on its own subdomain, with its own name and logo, its own roles and its own data. Riders never see a third-party product — they see yours.

Your address
yourbrand.demovance.com, carrying your name and logo through the dashboard, the booking pages and the emails.
Your structure
Build the roles your organisation actually has, and choose exactly what each one can do.
Your markets
Country managers see their own market, dealers their own events. Five languages, per event.
Your data
Separated at the database level, so one brand can never read another. Personal data stays out of shared reports.
